I forgot to show you the gift I received for the Secret Santa Claus: it's a hedgehog made by Maria Caterina Delucis, the amazing crafter and owner behind the scene of MC Wonderland. She makes decorations for home decor using only rope and wire, but everything she makes is full of charm and elegance!
A me ha regalato un bel riccio, avendo visto che sono un'amante della Natura, e devo dire che mi piace molto! L'ho battezzato, da brava napoletana, Fritz e lasciato in compagnia dell'orsetto e del coniglietto sulla scrivania, così che possa ricordarmi dei suoi amici in carne ed aculei che dimorano nei boschi. Eccolo in tutta la sua bellezza! Maria è davvero bravissima e il suo riccio un vero incanto!
Looking at my shop, she rightly thought that I'd appreciate something which would remind me of Nature, so she gave me as gift a hedgehog which I called - as any Neapolitan would have done - Fritz and I left him in a good company: with the English bear and the sweety bunny, on my desk. In this way every time I look at him he reminds me of the wood and the wild life. But let me show him in its whole greatness! Maria did a great job and her hedgehog is so charming!
Vi consiglio di dare un'occhiata al suo shop che trovate qui e magari aiutarmi a capire come fanno le sue creazioni a mantenere la forma, io ancora non sono riuscita a scoprire il suo segreto!
